Steam 450g broccoli. Heat 2 tablespoons of groundnut oil and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over a medium heat and gently fry 5 cloves of chopped garlic for 2-3 minutes, stirring until golden brown. Add the broccoli and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
