Sweet Potato and Bean Soup

Sweet potato and bean stew made with ½ tin of mixed beans, 1 small red onion, 1 crushed garlic clove, ½ yellow pepper, 1 small sweet potato, a handful of spinach, ½tsp cinnamon and ½tsp mild chilli powder.
