Ingredients (10 cakes):350 g (3/4 cup) crab meat2 eggs (beaten)90 g (1 cup) oats1 onion, finely choppedChive, chopped1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon chilli powderTabascoJuice of 1 lemonFresh black pepper & salt
Directions:Pre-heat the oven at 200°C (400°F).To prepare crab cakes, combine all ingredients.Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Gently pat into cakes, about 2 cm thick. Repeat procedure with remaining crab mixture, forming 10 cakes.Put the cakes on baking paper on a baking sheet.Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
