Note: low cal, high protein, very low carbs
Ingredients (4 servings):500 g pak choi (‘Chinese cabbage’)1 clove of garlic1 tablespoon coconut oil400 g chicken breast / filet (cut in small pieces)½ citron1 tablespoon soya sauce1 tablespoon ginger1 tablespoon sesame seeds (roasted)
Directions:Cut the pak choi and clove of garlic and mix together.Heat up a skillet over high heat, add the coconut oil and sauté the pieces of chicken for a few minutes.Add the pak choi and the rest of the ingredients to the skillet and sauté over medium heat for a few minutes. (except the sesame seeds)When ready add the sesame seeds and serve.
